Enjoyed a spacious Comfort Double room with comfy beds and excellent breakfast options. Free bike rental was a fun way to explore Ferrara! Just wished the heating had been more reliable during the chilly nights.

Incredible breakfast with fresh coffee made to order was a nice touch. The location was great and perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from a civic museum. Had a great stay for one night, and would book here again.

We stayed for two nights at a suite. It was very romantic and luxurious. The king size bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The historical city center was only 15 minutes on foot.
The only negative point we noticed was that the coffee machine in the room was not functioning but we didn't even bother to notify the hotel staff about it.

For the price, this hotel was excellent.
WiFi booster required and general computer needs updating, otherwise fine. Whilst at a busy junction with a name (above) on its front, an illuminated name sign is required at night!!!
